1. Confirmation & Payment

• The booking is confirmed only after payment
• Payment confirms the date, time and agreed route

2. Cancellation

• Cancellation more than 24 hours before: full refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before: no refund
• Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the fare is due

3. Booking Modification

• Any modification is subject to availability
• Some changes may be accepted as a commercial courtesy, without obligation
• Any modification may be:
  • accepted
  • refused
  • or considered as a new booking
• In case of a new booking, the initial booking remains subject to the cancellation conditions
• A price adjustment may apply, depending on the requested modification

4. Client Delay

• Airport:
  • 60 minutes of waiting time included
  • Waiting time starts from the flight landing time, including in case of flight delay
• Other locations:
  • 15 minutes of waiting time included
• Beyond this:
  • waiting time surcharge from CHF 10 per started 10-minute interval,
  • or possible cancellation, depending on the situation

5. Flight Delay or Modification

• In case of flight delay, we do our best to adjust the pickup time
• This adjustment depends on driver availability
• In case of unavailability, the ride may be cancelled and subject to the cancellation conditions
